Very professional service!! The hygenist did a great job with my cleaning as well as my daughter’s. Also Dr. Maricarmen is really thorough and gives good advice and referrals if need be. Have been going here for almost 5 years now Highly recommend this place for family dentistry!!!

The best Dentistry in syracuse hands down! After searching around and having back to back bad experiences I was referred by a friend to Prosmile. They are very kind and really put your experience 1st. My teeth were starting to turn black and after one visit there is no more blackness at all, my teeth look 100% better. They truly care about their patients Tina, Brandi and Mary Carmen are all brilliant and treat you with respect and care.

My dentist moved out of the Syracuse area so I found myself looking for a new dentist for the 1st time in 20 years. A friend recommended ProSmile Dentistry 5 years ago and the rest is history. My husband, 2 sons and even my parents all go to ProSmile now. Dr. Maricarmen is knowledgeable and professional but also personable and sweet. All her staff are just as amazing too!! When I walk in and see Marsie at the front desk it always puts a smile on my face!! I should add I don't love going to the dentist either. I was very upfront with the staff and they are 100% supportive. They are always checking in to make sure I'm doing okay during a visit. If you are looking for a family dentist, ProSmile Dentistry will not disappoint! If they can put me at ease I know you will have a positive experience too!!

First time patient and couldn’t have had a better experience! I had X-rays, assessments, dental work and cleaning done. I met the entire staff and every single one of them was extremely welcoming, friendly, and caring. They familiarized themselves with my prior dental history and talked with me to find out my current expectations and goals. Dr. J didn’t just speak at me and tell me what needed to be done - she thoroughly explained what she saw, went over options, her professional recommendations, and then let me decide the path to take to best suit my needs physically, mentally and financially. They go above and beyond to ensure your time there is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The facility is very nice, and clean. I’m so grateful I found ProSmile and I’m so grateful for every single staff member there. I actually enjoyed my time there today and am looking forward to my next appointment. I’m so grateful.

I loved my experience here! Everyone is so kind. They gave me a welcome bag, chatted, and gave me an office tour. Super sweet and personable. They explained my dental needs in a way that I understood and knew my options. I really liked all the staff.

This was our first visit to the office and we had a wonderful experience. The .n is so kind and friendly and warm and welcoming. We didn't have a very long wait at all. We had to have some work done that we weren't expecting, and the dentist was very kind as she explained everything and the procedure was done very quickly and efficiently with no problems. She was very good with my daughter, and the entire staff was so friendly with both myself and my daughter throughout the visit. All the staff was professional and welcoming.
